First, I've witnessed them comin' outta the woodwork to seek an endowment, now I've seen them live in a tree for one. Looks like we've came full circle, and my our work is finally done here, Rassah. Take the rest of the bitcoins and purchase a wood coffee table. 

Seriously, there's more here than meets the eye, all. juliabutterfly.com (in spite of its name  has a tremendous following of like minded individuals. We, as bitcoiners, would be remiss if we let this opportunity slip by. Bitcoin 100's main objective is to bring further awareness to Bitcoin. Julia Butterfly Hill's site fits that objective rather handsomely.

That said, I would love to see her get endowed, given her sacrifice. Again, anybody having any objections, please state your case, for it'll be welcome.

According to The Wayback Machine, they sold product, and still do, with just recently attaching themselves to a cause, albeit selling product is not the issue unless it was/is their sole income.

The cause is noble, and I believe I can trust them. Basically, seeking assurance from them, and clear up any misunderstandings on our part. I'm sure any concerns will be addressed accordingly by them.

I don't see the Bitcoin option on the website.

I still didn't see that link anywhere on their chapter's website. There is no "Donate" page or link and their "Get Involved" page only shows some contact info and a link to their FB page.

UPDATE: As one of the first charities in the UK to accept donations in Bitcoins, we were delighted when Bitcoin100 chose our charity for a donation and then more than 40 members of the Bitcoin community chose to show their generosity and sent us Bitcoins. Unfortunately the bankruptcy of MtGox, who held our wallet, means we have lost access to those donated funds.
