There is a closed account by your security department without reason and without any refund.
Plus there is a missing deposit there.

To everyone knows, this is the reply I received today:

"You have created a lot of alt accounts, which slowed down security response significantly.
I cannot cancel your bets as, according to my information, all your bets have been placed and processed in order and cannot be considered in violation.
Only security department can provide you with further assistance regarding this question."

Just look at the contraditions: First he said I created lot of alt accounts (that is a violation in their rules - and that is true). Then they can't cancel the bets placed because there was no violation . What??

Only Security department can help me, fine! but I'm waiting for replies since June and it is true again. 1xbit owes me money <- even not credited deposits using Ethereum.

Yes. Since June no answers, no refunds, no nothing even my last deposit made while the account was closed wasn't refunded! Over 0.23 eth that one.

From june until now still no answer from them what can you expect? If there's miracle gonna happen well that's good but their reputation is bad already so I think they will let that happen and will not solve any issue which their users will encounter to their site. And better to learn from it, also for others before thy try a certain casino to play better if they should do a simple google search first since the feedbacks of users will pop up once you search it.

Security closed my account with balance in it. Security doesn't answer, over 6 months passed after contacting them many times, and the solution is keep waiting?

About my account 195327265, what does your Security department say? Can they confirm I have balance in it? How can I withdraw? Why was my account closed? Why didn't I got refund as they usually do?

Only security can help me by what block and support department tells me aswell. Funny fact: Security is ignoring me! If you can't help security get in touch with me, I really don't understand what is your help at all, and it confirms 1xbit is a simple scam.

1xbit has scammed me as well!
for about 550 mbt 0 which is now around 15000 eur.

I deposited 200 mbtc and made it up to about 760

In my email i got this message about 10 days ago, since they refuse to solve it

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

You can withdraw the deposited sum only."

They allow me to withdraw money (80 mbt), and when i started to winning to much, they void all my bets.
They put my balance to 120 mbt again, and I was only able to withdraw this funds. they owe me about 550 mbt
The bets I placed were normal. I hope 1xbit_official can help me, but I am sure he will say that this will be the decision of security.
If they decide to keep the stolen money, I will start an accusation topic and I will keep posting into that and here for the rest of my life.
