Well what i can say is You should Move on and forget about it , It's Obvious that you are part of one Victims of their large scale of scamming from Their Players , from one site to another that they are creating just to Gain victims more and more , You can clearly understand that by checking the Trust History and the Flag created against them.
This Gambling site has no credibility at all that they will need to protect so every lies and BS they will provide reflects in nothing .
You will get over soon and may Win that amount in other sites that you will be playing instead of spending your time claiming and stress yourself for an obvious scamming .

When fraudulent act is commited you are supposed to refund the deposits made. Why aren't my deposits refunded so far?

My hands are tied because Security doesn't answe any of my emails! Is that the right behaviour?

Why don’t you make it public what TOS the user has violated?
As the user is accusing you guys in public, then you should also do the counter part in front of the public.
And why you guys allow the user’s to deposit if already he/she has violated any TOS of your site?
You will accept the Deposit if he/she deposits but will disable the withdrawal for the same?
Better make everything transparent and make it ease for everyone.
Don’t take people’s hard earned money.

That is the easiest way for them to scam people. they don't explain because there is no explanation. If they generally hold that the terms have been violated then they keep all options open.
I am amazed that they keep lighting up over and over again. You'd think the loot for that company would be in one day, but they just keep going.
