Rollbit is indeed a new company as far as the bitcointalk forum is concerned (this topic dates back to March this year) but according to their FAQ, they actually started back in February 2020.

Although I am not sure about the new management, As far as I know, they rebuilt their their platform from scratch and hired new developers.
