I have also seen gambler who lost a lot and chased it and lost even more without the middle winning part as well. Long story short gambling equals to losing money and that is why you should do it for fun not for money.
Some people believe gambling is a quick way of making money or other cool stuff. For example you win a lot right now and you can use this money to buy a new car, or maybe even a house. But at the end of the day, nothing comes out of it, that is, you lose even more and it takes you long to win back your money and that car you may never have.
That's why the gambling problem is something nobody wants to talk about but it is actually really common. If you want to stop gambling then it is highly advised to seek for help before it gets too late. Also to work out the cause and not the effect. This is a more effective and safe way to stop gambling.
