If I were to sell 1 BTC right now on local exchange, I'd get 3500000 INR.
There is 30% tax on crypto conversion, so left over amount would be 2450000 INR.
With this amount, you could get 2 acre (~1200000 INR/acre) land in village, ~5 KM from main city.
In one of posh society (close to main city) near me, you'd get 2700 sq.ft plot for 1800000 INR. You wouldn't be able to complete house with left over amount if you were to buy a plot here.
Better idea is to buy acre of land and build a house on it. You get area to farm stuff as well and buy bike worth 80000-100000 INR for your commute to main city.
Example house you can build with left over money on acre of land and furnish it from one of prior comments.
These are my personal examples from where I live , property prices in India vary a lot. On sites like magicbricks you can see property prices, they are in crores (120k USD), if you were to buy similar properly few km from main city, you'd find them at significantly lower price.
p.s. There are so many images invalid, there should have been forum wide solution.
