Having 1 Bitcoin can afford a house and lot here in the Philippines which is my ultimate dream for my family. Currently, the bitcoin price is worth 1.7+ million pesos in the Philippines money.



Saw this on the internet, worth almost a million pesos  ($18,216), a Spanish Mediterranean two-storey (2BR) house. The rest of it will be spent on appliances, furniture such as dining, living sets, etc., and other stuff.

Houses are quite expensive here. Appartments, etc. Cars also. It's insane. At least, comparing to our minimum wage (monthly, which I think it's known to be one of the lowest in EU)

For instace, a used car with over 160km, costs above 20k €



The same car (but from 2022) will cost almost 32k € and I'm not even sure this includes the tax that makes cars in Portugal so much more expensive than in Spain, for example!


About houses, I did a quick search, sorted by price ranged from 15k€ to 25k€ and most of the results are houses for repairing and resell. Not sure we can find habitable houses for 1BTC though.

With 1 btc values right now above $21,000 depending convert price today I think if you in my country you can have small house and have full all of property and furniture. But if you buy directly you can have one house with 1btc fund but if you can build step by step and begin from zero you have chance with luxury house in my country, still have cheapest price from land, building material and cost building house this why brave said with 1 btc you directly can have luxury house in my country. All here have dreaming how to stay on their home and one day later all your dreaming become true with your house and have 1 btc assets on your wallet

Here example with 1 btc ability to get house in my country but depending on region located, if near with city need to pay above 1 btc but if still on village you can have luxury house with 1 btc.

1 btc is a small amount if you look at my past transaction history.
Even to be able to buy a motorbike I had to pay around 5btc when the btc price was around $400 in early 2016.

and that's a pretty big deal if you look at the current bitcoin price. 1btc can even buy 10 motorbikes like the one I bought in 2016 or even more.
I also bought several houses with btc and of course btc can make what I want, as long as we want to keep trying and not give up under any circumstances.
