At current price, 1 BTC = 5.3m ($62800) BDT though it should be a little higher.
According to nationsencyclopedia, 20% richest people control 42% wealth while 40% poor people have 20% of the wealth only. I could have given a better picture if there's a stat on the classification of rich/poor by holding wealth amount.
However, BDT 5.3 million is somewhat a big amount and anyone can easily be settled with a business here. I believe 60% people don't have this amount of wealth.
Anyway, in Bangladesh, land and house properties are something people want to own. Anyone having an apartment in Dhaka considered as rich person. And you can have that with 1 BTC at current price. You can get an apartment of 1060 square feet in Kafrul.
However, in my case, I would be pretty happy to buy a small island instead of this land, house property etc.

This is one reason I hate to be in Dhaka and I don’t want to own such worst property, talking about all these electricity and other cable. Well there are better places like Dhanmondi, Gulshan but they are too costly to own. In fact, im my opinion, that's a waste of money. That's why I want to own an Island and build everything as my wish  

Having a bitcoin should be a source of reinvestment because it is already a capital in disguise lol, a huge capital to say the least. At the time of writing, a bitcoin is $61,108 and that is close to 26million in Naira (Nigeria fiat currency) Here

Now investing in a land in Nigeria is one big business to do with bitcoin. A land unlike cars don't deprecate rather it increases in value and worth with development and amenities coming around it.
So buying a plot of land with measurement of 100 by 50 in feet like the one represented below in chart in that location is definitely a good further hodl in land for bitcoin converted into fiat  



The piece of land above in that area at the time now is worth 7,000, that is about 4,000,000 in Naira and with the rate of bitcoin you can buy 6 or 7 of such plot and continue to hodl. But this same plot of land last year was priced at 3,000,000 and previous year in 2019 was 2,300,000 and which means it has potential steady increase to the rate of a million naira yearly. This plot has finished edifices of houses surrounding it costing around 35,000,000 - 40,000,000 (between $60,000 to $70,000,000).
The rate of increase is basically around $2,000,000 yearly, going with 6 pieces is $12,000 already. and so it is a good ROI if hodling one bitcoin in plots of lands.

 




Honestly in my country 1BTC is make you multi millionaire you can buy what you want. If you have  1btc then you can have this.

As someone who lives in a third-world country, most of the property and things here are relatively cheap. With 1 BTC (approximately $60,000), it could purchase you here in the Philippines a good condominium unit! In addition, 1 BTC could make wonders in your life especially that most of the people here are living the below-average income threshold.

Currently with the way things are in my country Nigeria currently, with the current price of bitcoin I believe i can acquire lot's of properties with 1 bitcon. 1 bitcoin currently in my country's currency worth around 25.5 million naira You can acquire a standard house worth 15 million naira and a luxury car Worth 5 million and you will still have extral money remaining to leave a comfortable life.

it's been my dream to live a peaceful life in a peaceful place, with 1 bitcoin, that is equivalent to more or less Php 3 million pesos which is enough to buy farmland where I can put my small house and put some crops so my family will not be hungry, it will be sustainable for a small family and a little business to support the education of the children and other necessities.

The land area is 1 hectare and is located in the travel destination of the Philippines Puerto Princesa, and I also made a research about the standard of living in this area and happy to know that the food especially the fish are very cheap.

With that cheap food, I can have a cheap living and I'll probably be living financially free while I'm busy doing some jobs in the crypto space.

Currently, I'm living in a city but I'm willing to transfer to this place once I make 1 bitcoin from working and from investing.

Regards houses and properties it really depends on the area where you are looking. Even in a poor third world country you can find some abusive prices for disgusting places, especially at big urban centers. I was searching some offers on the internet and have found a place very similar to the one displayed in the picture below (I think I shouldn't post the original for ownership reasons, so that is the royalty free version):



The price is around 1 bitcoin. It's insane to imagine someone would pay such amount for a place like this.

In my country with 1 Bitcoin you can buy a quarter hectare of land that can grow all kinds of crops like onions. Unfortunately in my country Bitcoin is not legalized yet, so if you want to buy a plot of land, you have to sell bitcoin to fiat first.

I can buy 177000 Freddo's with one Bitcoin, Freddo's being a national treasure over here. At least, back when they were like 5p.




However, for Wales specific if anyone wants to buy 1 Bitcoin worth of home made Welsh Cakes, hit me up. I think I can probably make them for around 40p each, I'd have to do some calculating though. I only sell them by the 1 BTC worth's though unfortunately.

It's quite mad seeing how people are listing houses here, in Wales which has historically been a little cheaper for housing in history (except for post Covid boom) 44k is only going to get you half a house, and that would have to be in the valleys, and would likely need a lot of work done to it, and definitely doesn't look like the houses being posted here.

40k is a decent deposit for a mortgage here though.

As of this time, 1 BTC here in the Philippines could buy a big sized land property like this one below.



The picture above is fully mine which was taken by my phone’s camera last year. The location was in the mountain part where my family have rented a land space for us to build our rest house or cabin. However, we do have plans of fully purchasing this land in the near future.

The picture was originally have fighting cocks but now because of renting the land, we cleared it out and just simply planting vegetables.
