How you can prove those people who said duelbit steal or not pay their money is genuine users? It's easy to create new accounts on those dumb reviews site and I leave a reply whatever I want.

I don't believe Duelbits is a scam casino, moreover Hhampuz already take an action to address this issue to Duelbits which I think they're already working about this accusation. I can't blame which one is wrong here, but my personal comment about Duelbits is they're a trusted casino that I know.

Since Trustpilot has no intention to verify any of the reviews, anyone can post nonsensical allegations there without any proof. Of course, some reviews may be genuine, but others might be fake, so it's difficult to distinguish between them. As an example, take 1xBit. Their TrustPilot profile shows over 55% five-star reviews. Can you believe that?

Duelbits is a great site for years now, and this case is already under investigation. This may take longer since Duelbits will look for their best reason to hold this account, and if they are wrong hopefully they can give something in return to OP for experiencing this unfortunate problem. If OP violates the TOS of Duelbits, its better for two parties to talk privately, but I think OP has a legit claims here, let’s just see and wait for the next announcement of Duelbits regarding this case.

Same here, I didn't notice this thread before although am quite active on the gambling board! This is why I believe any complaint or accusation must be posted on the casino's announcement thread or in the Scam Accusations board so it doesn't go unnoticed.
Fortunately, in this case duelbits are well aware of the accusation but I hope they will respond here and give their side of the story or at least tell us where they are at with their investigations.

Anyone from any of my campaigns who posts in this thread asking if Duelbits knows about this or just some other general nonsense post that doesn't add anything to the thread - your post will not count in your weekly requirement.

This is actually kinda disappointing given the track record of Duelbits. I personally recommended this casino to most gamblers as its UI and games were properly managed; not to mention, they have an active campaign signature with an excellent campaign manager.

With that being said, $16,000 is a lot of money but I really doubt that they will risk ruining their reputation with that amount. With years and years of brand building, this kind of delay can literally cost them their whole business if not settled within the time. OP, continue to provide us with information regarding your case and if duelbits have already unlocked your funds.

Duelbits are aware of the situation with op's issue and yet they still didn't provide any reason why op's account is on hold even 5 days later starting from the day this thread is posted op updated us that the withdraw is still on processing. I wonder if duelbits will give a compensation for that is a long time to wait for your funds to get withdrawn from duelbits. I'm sure that those who have a review site that is unbiased when giving reviews will and found out about this will surely add it on pros and cons.

If there is a constant dialogue with representatives of duelbits, then your problem is under consideration and then you just need to be patient, all these issues that relate to payments are not going as fast as we want.

I wonder what you're going to expect in this thread while duelbits already know this case and promise to inform you when their investigation already completed? No one can do anything except duelbits itself.

If you think duelbits is scam, you can leave a negative feedback and create flag type 3 on duelbits representative account duelbits then copy paste the flag link and ask any users to support your flag.

Though you still didn't get your money back after doing this, but that's the only way to mark a scam casino in this forum, administrator or moderators wouldn't do anything.
