If a gambler is from a country where gambling is restricted, can he still play on this website if it is available in his country? Or should he use a VPN to connect with the site and use it?
I doubt that the VPN may also trigger some problems like IP address changes (same country but very far counties), kyc as you mentioned, account block for using VPN though it is allowed (if the site owner thinks you are doing something suspicious), etc.

So in essence it seems any action can be taken by the casino if you are breaching their terms, so anyone that is thinking about using a VPN should think about it twice as you may not want your account to be terminated over something like your VPN use.
