Hey friends, have you tried any promotions or bonuses from Bitz.io? Like the first deposit bonus, for example. I see there was some controversy surrounding one case that people are talking about, but it's a year old now and being dealt with by AG so better to leave it aside. Apart from that, I don't usually pay much attention to bonuses because of the wagering requirements.

Usually data is stored in the server. Unless they change the server provider, all the data should be available to their database. Because I know a little bit about how the backend works for a platform. However, in case they change provider, either server or game provider, they would have downloaded data. Or Betbay definitely has the data from where it could be resolved.

Honestly, a lot of gamblers noticed Bitz after you launched the campaign. Means it has drawn attention from the forum gamblers. We can realise that from their announcement thread. Good luck to them.

Well, one of my goals when registering at a casino is always to check the sports betting feature first, as this is one of the bets I frequently make, especially now that we're at the start of the season, with so many games to bet on.

I wish you luck with the casino games you'll be playing. I rarely play casino games, as I prefer slot games. The last time I played a casino game, I lost.  Maybe I just wasn't lucky that time.

The question as you pose it is misleading and could mislead anyone who doesn't bother to click on the link (which wouldn't be unusual in this forum). They did respond to you, and I quote:

On the other hand, this thread is not the most appropriate place to raise these issues. If you want to continue with the topic, there is a Scam Accusations section in the forum, but since you have raised it in AG, I think it is better to continue the discussion there. A duplicate discussion will serve no purpose other than to waste energy unnecessarily, and from what I can see, the case is not closed there.

You know, because of your post, dude, I signed up out of curiosity. And honestly, you're telling the truth. It wasn't in my plans or on my mind to create an account on bitz.io, but I don't regret it, to be honest. In fact, I even deposited a small amount just so I could explore the platform.

I like their sportsbooks section for gambling, and I also like the other bonus categories that bitz.io has. The 5% cashback they give every second week of the month really attracted me.

Thanks for the kind words and for giving Bitz a try! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the platform — and that cashback bonus hits different 😎 Let us know if you have any feedback!

Yes, well, but the resolution can be positive for the complainant or negative, and at the moment it seems that they have already given him a negative response. There are a lot of people making noise in the forum, especially in the SA section, who, over time, are reliably found to have broken the rules in some way. So yes, they should resolve it, and quickly if possible. But the apparent frustration, we behind a screen do not know if it is really due to an error by Bitz_Casino or if the person complaining broke the rules.
