That's easy to do if, instead of generic AI, you use a specific AI agent that you've given a series of instructions to, which is what I imagine casinos do. Ultimately, I think that little by little, as AI improves, it will end up almost completely replacing human agents for this type of customer service. Although today, it's nice that they give you the option of speaking to a human operator because some of them have shortcomings.

I think the AI can help the user to find which games better suits his play style

Some casinos have way too many games and I often get lost trying to find any game that I am familiar with (as many games have a learning curve). Ai may help to identify  and to help the user to play the games  (like explaining rules and goals )

Does Bitz_Casino still stand behind the statements in your reply. Does Bitz take Responsible Gambling seriously. Does Bitz comply with its own Terms of Service, the obligations of its gaming license and industry norms.






I sent you a private message today regarding an urgent account matter that I am prepared to pursue through a formal complaint and a scam accusation. I was giving Bitz a final opportunity to resolve this matter confidentially, despite conduct by Bitz that was deeply troubling and improper. You did not respond.

I then today raised the issue in your Telegram channel that you promote here and was immediately thrown out and blocked. This sequence of events is concerning. One great thing about Bitcointalk. No one gets to block or silence you because they dislike what you say. No one gets excommunicated for raising bona fide concerns about a casino that uses this forum to promote itself.



On December 16, Bitz Senior Manager Steven offered $5,000 USD to settle a complaint involving deposits and account activity totaling closer to $14,000. Since I declined that offer, Bitz has stopped engaging entirely. I surmise the offer was a "take it or leave it" proposition. The $5,000 proposal effectively leaves Bitz profiting close to $9,000 arising from its own egregious misconduct. To experienced online casino players here... Have you ever seen or heard of an online casino offering a $5,000 refund in a situation where their conduct was proper?




Separately, Bitz_Casino could you please confirm whether the Anjouan Gaming License Register entry showing your license expired on November 21, 2025 is accurate or not.



My hope was to avoid spending the Christmas and New Year season preparing and arguing complaints and public accusations against Bitz in a matter this clear cut. At this point, Bitz is leaving me no meaningful alternative.

If AI could give perfect predictions as some newbies might think then that means the house edge is over, but then it doesn't work that way cause the house edge still supercedes with or without the introduction of AI by some bettors to aid them with predictions. I feel the AI would only give analysis based on a teams form, and several other stuffs that could help a bettor with potential winning predictions but it's not always or 100% accurate. Ignorance would always cause people to have the wrong idea concerning certain things.

As veteran gamblers, we should be aware of what AI could actually suggest to us. You are correct that AI can only help you with analysis, and it can suggest what to do. If AI could predict the outcome of a bet, the casino and sportsbook would have to close their business. But I am talking about the newbie gamblers who might think that the AI is so powerful and they should hear what the AI is suggesting.

I don't think the house has to do anything about it. Actually, the odds providers handle everything, and the odds are kinda similar on most platforms. The odds provider has its own criteria, and you cannot beat the house edge unless you engage in arbitrage betting (which is not allowed by any platform). If a player places an arbitrage bet across different casinos, the provider can flag them and notify the sportsbook. The sportsbook then usually limits its account and later confiscates the winnings. Some Sportsbooks even ban the player after confiscating the funds.

I have made extensive efforts over the past week to resolve this matter privately and confidentially with Bitz, including deliberately holding off on posting a full scam accusation on Bitcointalk. Those efforts have gone nowhere.  The amount Bitz offered to refund in acknowledgment of their failure to comply with their own terms and clear responsible gaming obligations was grossly inadequate. Bitz_Casino has remained silent on my direct inquiries, and the casino's conduct in recent days gives me serious pause.

In particular, Bitz’s post demand behavior is concerning. During an active dispute, they quietly removed their Self Exclusion Policy and Responsible Gaming features from the site after those deficiencies were raised publicly. That type of concealment typically undermines any claim of good faith engagement. Thankfully, as part of my due diligence and anticipating the possibility of such conduct, I preserved pre- and post-removal images of Bitz’s website to avoid later factual ambiguity.

As I mentioned previously, signature campaigns carry weight on this forum. I learned of Bitz through the campaign you manage. After also learning of MetaWin and Betplay.io through signature campaigns and having genuinely positive experiences, Bitz’s conduct has been especially frustrating and disappointing.  I hope this matter can be resolved expeditiously.
