I got a mail earlier today from Bitz.io that i have a personal Bitz manager and she has prepared a special offer for me but i should send her a DM on telegram. I don't know how reliable this mail is because i don't like chatting a casino staffs off the site. But if i can get convincible response here then i can consider sending her a DM on telegram and find out the special offer she is talking about.

Bitz was so kind as to offer him such compensation. In this case, Bitz shouldn't be held responsible for the losses caused by a player who couldn't control himself and instead blamed the system for causing his losses, as he claimed. It's like shifting the responsibility to the casino, when he himself is wrong.

If I were a representative of Bitz, I wouldn't care about people like this, because these types of people when they are compensated, they will ask for more.

Apparently, he did. He claims that he informed the customer support that he was from a banned territory after registering an account. However, if he followed the rules, he wasn't allowed to create an account in the first place. Now he wants to use that argument to get the money he fairly lost back. It's the same as his 'Responsible Gaming' argument. After signing up, he wanted his account blocked and (self) excluded. Why did he even sign up just to ask the casino to ban him? Because he wanted to gamble, and if it didn't go as he planned, he would claim to be an addict/from a restricted country/underaged/multiple account abuser... Take your pick.

Thanks for your responses, though i know that Bitz.io have a telegram app where someone can register and still play bets but i didn't register on telegram but from Bitz.io official website using my email address so i wonder why a mail was sent to me to send a DM on telegram. It could be legit offer or not since the mail carries the identity of Bitz.io but i think scammers can impersonate through a phishing mail. I will just ignore the mail, if they truly have a special offer for me then they should notify me through the notification bar in my Bitz.io account.

Nobody does and nobody wants to get caught doing it, but it's like a web, and to untie it, it will always be not enough info to do so properly, especially at a place where you are not obliged to tell every part of the story.

You don't have to do any if you are not sure and waiting for the next emails. That is you can do to avoid scammers especially if you feel suspicious.

You can asks to supports about the email address so you know if that is come from them or not. We needs to be careful and makes sure before we do something.

This is purely scam and you shouldn't fall for this, from my understanding casino staff would never send you mail if you have no issues or account problem, in fact for anything account issues it is either from the live support or they would send you mail.
But in situation where a staff sending you mail and telling you about special offers and you should chats her on telegram looks so weird and scamy where you could get trapped so easily. For me, I wouldn't saying you should avoid such offers as it is easier to you get linked to a fake website.

Except if you are a VIP member at Bitz.io, you will not have any personal manager, I am sure. It's only possible for having a personal manager or a direct customer support line if you are important with a business, like a VIP member.

That offer in the email is 99% a scam offer, as you are not a VIP member, and that offer does not make any sense. In addition, I believe that if you check the email address carefully, you will see it is not something like xyz@bitz.io. Any email that does not end with @bitz.io is emails from scammers.

Admins don't DM first and that scammer knew that and wisely trapped you by asking you to DM him first. It makes him no longer like an impersonator and a scammer, but if you look at where it started, the email address, you will realize that he is a scammer.

Is there any way to make an exchange within the casino platform? I ask this because I have a BTC balance in the casino and I would like to play some games, but it doesn't support BTC, only USDT. I'm pretty sure the casino *does* accept BTC. You can select "sats" (Bitcoin) as the currency and play with it.
