experienced the same thing months ago and live support was the one who helped me to resolve the issue. So I suggest you to contact live support for faster solution than keep on trying the reset password feature. However, it seems that the issue with this feature is not fixed yet since months ago or maybe the issue is coming back (if they have fixed it before).

Were you able to do email verification when you registered with Betpanda.io? If you had previously done that, I dont see how you should have any issues with password reset. The worst that could happen is, the email only having to arrive late which could be due to insufficient server resources or other reasons not exempt from time zones. Well, these are indeed rear but, you could always try again some other time or in a different day.
Yes I did all that in the past. I have used the platform before, participated in competition so its not a case of new registration. You know that the email verification is usually issues with new accounts.

I tested the "Reset Password" function myself to see if the issue you @Odohu are experiencing is limited to a specific account or location. However, I also did not receive any reset password email. This is for both domain of betpanda, the betpanda.io and betpandacasino.io.
Just to note, I am still able to log in to my account without any issues.
This makes it look like its their system issue and calls for urgent attention. On a second thought, they might do that intentional so that password reset can only be possible through the support as stated by Bitinity above, although this is not cool since the password reset option is available in the website.
