Now the freebet bonus has the exact same terms as the deposit bonus, I see, in that, as Trofo points out, Sports only has a 1% contribution to the 1x wagering requirement. Effectively, this means you have to wager 100x the bonus on sports to unlock the entire amount. Absolutely never going to happen but that does alienate sports-first people like me haha.

On the plus side, I noted that all table games I tried had a 100% contribution to the bonus wagering (the alert pops up notifying you when the game loads). That, to me, is something I've never seen anywhere else. Usually you have to scroll carefully through terms (there is about 10 pages to scroll through if you want and I don't haha) to find this out but it certainly helps to have that pop up notification telling you up front how much it'll contribute to your wagering requirement.

And now for the kicker. I accidentally placed the entire $50 on a chip on roulette. Couldn't find the cancel button in time before the wheel spun.

I really did want to try it out on more games but I think, it's a really good wagering term if you're a table guy...

There's tons of confusion going on Betpanda. If your deposits actually needed to 5x or not. Today I played slots on Betpanda. I made 2 Deposits. I lost first deposit so that's completely ruled out. To cover my losses I deposited again and played. Fortunately I was lucky and hit the multiplier then my losses cover in very few spins after 2nd deposits. So I was happy with my winnings and it's time to exit. When I request for withdraw it's denied and cancelled. It's returned to my betpanda account. It was very concert to me.


So I immediately reached out to support team. But I was shocked after hearing from support team member. I was like - have I done any mistake by depositing on Betpanda 🥲.  That guy from support was insisting that wager must be done 5x . I reached out to Little Mouse also, he assured me he will look into it. But I needed the fund rn. So I calm down and thought for a second. Then find out that 2nd time my wagering could not be completed cause I won a bit early😁.



So finally I've done some more wagering and send another withdrawal request and as usual betpanda sent my withdrawal immediately. Well the thing is , there is no option to calculate your wagering. Even from support team they could not tell gow much I wagered which was disappointed. So if there a tiny bit left like 1% you withdrawal request could be rejected.
Support Team was defenetly dumb they only goes by books nothing else or more. I told him to look into it deeply or contact his superior but he was insisting to do it. It's like he's word was final verdict. Which could leads everyone in panicked for sure.

I think they do not have also any choices here, they are doing exactly what they were told to do. He was not going to do anything apart from their Deposit Terms. Only sad thing I felt that, I told him, described him the situation. He could at least raise a ticket to superior and give me some assurance. In last I asked another question he was just answering previous question. So I would defenetly give 1★ rating to the support team.

Final Verdict it's most probably issues with support team , nothing else. Cause the way they told us 5x wagering really concering and we could even panicked about it. But the casino itself is smooth. If you do 1x wagering properly you could defenetly withdraw your fund. Withdrawal on their platform is like, transferring funds from one wallet to another . Which I liked most

This shows that is almost impossible to be able to win and unlock total amount in bonuses, and quit surprising that betpanda is giving Bitcointalk members welcome bonuses, is there a particular way to register on betpanda to unlock such bonuses, a promo code or something.
You can check that information out on the website, the license should be there and since betpanda is a KYC compliance casino, asking the owner here is somewhat impossible may be you can contact their support, or take legal action if you have evidence against them.

If you can come up proof about what you are saying, it will help many people not to fall victim, but going through their website right now the website is very clean, but if you discover something strange you can report it to where it will be address fast in this forum, I don't see anything illegal in some of the activities they presented in their website mate, or are you trying to stop other players not to be part of the packages they brought to Bitcointalk forum because there is no one here who don't know how to read and write, if you have anything personal against the teams outside this forum you can settle with them outside the forum because there is nothing like illegal casino.

Thank for uploading these images again. You see from support they told him his wagering was 0.9x which is still short from 1x . That's what I describe on my earlier post that even if you lack 1% of your 1x wagering the system will reject the withdrawal automatically. It's all automated. In my case also were the same . 2nd time I withdraw it succeed as usual in a couple of seconds.

What you must understand is that customer support is very important in casinos but when they aren't active responding to people it makes them change mind quickly to looking into another casino where there customer support are that responsive and active. Of course I have taken Betpanda to be a reliable gambling site but most people often complained about their support service which they are also active and responsive, again if there are any much issues or pressing issues you could post here for immediate responses.
