On the other hand using a VPN might be like that but of course we also don't fully have to do everything through a VPN especially even if it is friendly there are still some things that might violate so I think as long as we can access without a VPN why bother using it.
There can be at least a reason why gambler want to use VPN although the casino can be accessed without VPN. One of them is that gambler want to be more anonymous and the other reason is to bypass the restriction by specific provider. In the 2nd reason, betpanda support or allow it proven by their own suggestion when they have a promotion that can be played with limited game, they clearly suggest players to use VPN even suggest a specific IP in order to play the game.
That reasoning is acceptable but in the end when there is a requirement for the use of KYC (although betpanda still does not do that when there is no urgent situation) then in the end the said anonymity will obviously be useless.
So for me as long as I can still play normally without interference and without any complaints then using a normal site without a VPN is still the most worth it for now.

Don't you think they are using it for the sake of their privacy?
Of course I do not see any reason of using VPN knowing too well that they can access the gambling site without having to use the VPN which could caused some issues for the users in time to come, and even though the site strictly have some rules on it that either permits the use of it I don't think it makes sense to keep using them as there could be future problems or some feature could be limited for them. However, I have not accessed this site using VPN to know if there are restricted feature on the site.
It will still clash with KYC rules because even though you may be able to emphasize privacy using a VPN but when your account is compromised and requires KYC then the situation remains the same where the much touted privacy will still be on display with KYC later.
So in this case although I think the privacy reason is still acceptable but still when using the wrong VPN and not according to the requirements in the end this can interfere with our account because we can unconsciously skip the ToS rules unconsciously.
IMO Betpanda is still VPN friendly but that doesn't mean all VPNs are acceptable.
