This is the big risk because the lawyer can prove you a liars by do anything and keep the Bitcoin himself which is why the big risk is tell the lawyer about the bad thing about Bitcoin. If your lawyer is as truth as he want he will be jealous after hear about Bitcoin which will put our Bitcoin at risk.If he does not do this we will also feel at risk in term of law because Bitcoin is not yet full legal in some country.This is also benefit for  and Bitcoin will continue to be protect which will not cause us any problem.

Who checks on the lawyer when they fail to declare or follow through with the instructions you left with them after you’ve passed on?
It carries a more greater risk than having a family member handle it. Both have a great deal of risk for sure.
