Since MineBit for some reason does not want to publicly address this issue, I will do it for them so everybody understands the situation.
MineBit's Official Stand on this entire issue in their own words:
At your request a short case summary.
1. Bonus abuse (deferred bonus rounds)
On 26 Aug 2025 the player activated 14 bonuses ($8,204) in ~45 seconds with no bets. They then started play, left bonuses unfinished, and drained the balance to zero creating deferred rounds. After a $777.73 deposit and short normal play, they cashed those deferred rounds: balance jumped from $100.73 to $6,294.93. The pattern repeated. A $4,444 test withdrawal succeeded; balance later reached ~$796k.
Violates T&C 9.1.3 (bonus features must be completed; promo abuse → account closure). Under 9.1.3.39.1.3.4, the bonus balance and related Bonus-Derived Winnings are subject to forfeiture which was applied.
2. Multi-account & forged KYC
Primary account (Loh Xuan Kai, ) was blocked. A duplicate (, Telegram Henathan) was opened for a fake VIP transfer.
Selfie matches the blocked user. Submitted Japanese licence for Satoshi Nakamoto shows photoshop artefacts and doesnt match the real identity.
Violates User Agreement 5.1, 5.4, 13.1.
Conclusion: All winnings were bonus funds Bonus-Derived Winnings in breach of the rules; funds were forfeited and the account closed platform actions comply with the T&C.

My Response to each allegations:
Allegation 1: Bonus abuse under 9.1.3
Term 9.1.3 was not in force when I was wagering. It was added to the terms and conditions only months after my case. I do not have a copy of the terms as they stood in August 2025, so MineBit will have to furnish a copy of their T&Cs back in August 2025
Allegation 2: Created another account with a fake identity
I do not deny this allegation. I created the other account, and the KYC for it was submitted in November 2025, after the first account had already been closed in August 2025. It is not logical for them to rely on a November breach, months after they closed my account, to justify voiding my balance for an account that was already closed and had all the balance voided for a completely different reason back then.
This sounds like a textbook case of bonus abuse. The player claims a bonus with a high wagering requirement, bonus hunts with it until the bonus funds run out, and the bonus gets automatically cancelled.
MineBit likely hasn't implemented a proper distinction between bonus- and real-money bets and winnings. So when the player returned to finish the pending bonus rounds and collect the winnings, the funds were credited to the real-money balance with no further wagering requirements. Thus, the intended 3040x wagering requirement was effectively reduced to roughly 1x.
This is considered prohibited bonus abuse virtually everywhere. IMO, this is a perfectly valid reason to confiscate the winnings. Assuming the $800k also originated from this, I think confiscating that amount was justified as well. I rarely side with casinos, but this seems like a clear-cut case.
The only thing you can argue is whether the referenced Terms were in effect at the time. They might have changed their Terms since then, but I find it extremely unlikely that they had no blanket clause covering abuse in general, just like every casino does nowadays.
The multi-accounting is just icing on the cake, although it's irrelevant to the main issue. The bonus abuse alone is enough to justify confiscating the winnings.
