I was able to access my dustbit account with no problems but when I tried to reset my password (I did it just to check if the password recovery doesnt work for everyone or its just an isolated case) and I got an error message stating "We're having trouble processing this right now".
The account recovery through lost password still shows an error. I have the same experience. I hope the admin can fix it so some people who lost their credentials can continue to use the platform.
I also noticed something a bit strange which is you cant access your account using your email address but you can do it using your username! So, anyone having problem accessing his account, just type your username in the first field instead of your email address.
Mine is different, I can use both my email and username to log in, maybe they've fixed it already, they need to fix this so people will not file a complaint of losing their account because of a platform error.
