OK awesome, thanks for getting that explorer working again, found the transaction, evidently Bter gave it a 3rd id which was different from both the address and ID on the Bittrex wallet, Bittrex still haven't credited it yet but they have found it, why would Bter create a 3rd ID different from the one used?

are you shure? a bbr transaction contains the address, the transaction id and an optional payment id, for exchanges,stores..
you should have generated a payment id on your account on bittrex and make a transaction from bter with address and payment id from bittrex.
bter generates the transaction id which you can look up in the block explorer when its sent
