I did, but how are you supposed to fill out a claim. They require proof of the coins you lost, but you can't login and take a screenshot anymore
You can show the transaction id's of the coins you deposited initially. That's about the only record one can really provide. However, I wouldn't hold my breath that you'll get any money out of cryptsy or that class action.
The only viable path to recovery is to hunt down Paul Vernon and sell his organs.
