The price in NXT has risen during the last week (at least according to nxtreporting allthough i don't trust that).
Why are you worried about the price at all ? NEM is a long term project and I can guarantee that there will be highs and lows.
Panic sells are exactly what makes all cryptos so volatile (that and manipulators of course).

we have the solid community base and I believe we will all want the NEM  to da moon!

I highly recommend devs to change both nis and ncc folder location from %h/nem to ./nem in config files. Since nem client should be runnable everywhere.
Also after I restarted both server and client nem page show to me But I can find my test nem address in account.cache.json file.

I finally figure out. '.' is not nem client root folder is ncc root folder. So ./nem will be client/ncc/nem
