    Posters open my eyes to a lot of things through their experiences and posts. One of the best things about this thread is when players post their experiences. The more that is out there, the easier it is for everyone to make their own decision. These ratings should not be the sole determinant when choosing a book.

    Posters can ask books questions here. If a book doesn't answer, a link will be sent by PM to make sure they are aware of questions or accusations. The idea is to get as much information on all books in one thread. Very few, if any, can read the dedicated thread of each book.

    I see, are you doing this alone? Because basically I do see some problem in nitrogensports thread or their chat that they are slow in processing a huge withdrawal. If you are doing this alone, you cant possibly keep track of all the negativity in the sportsbook isnt it?

    I run all my opinions behind the scenes with others at peepsplace to see what they think after they take a test drive. The people that I run it by have extensive gambling backgrounds. Some have dealt with cash book complaints in the past. I read every book's thread and all books have complaints. Players with a complaint are much more likely to post than those with praise.

    Nitrogen is a huge operation for a bitcoin book. They are located in Costa Rica with a marketing department in Canada. Because their player base is so big, they are going to have complaints. If complaints were tracked by percentage of players at Nitrogen, it's very low compared to other books. Small books shouldn't have as many complaints because their player base is much smaller.

    It's safe to say that Nitrogen knows what they are doing and take all complaints seriously. If anyone has a problem, submit a support ticket and they will take care of it. They are also very open and transparent with me. I'm on Skype with 3 different people at Nitrogen. If someone wants me to look into something, just give me your permission to see your account details and Nitrogen will tell me exactly what happened.

    30 minutes
    2.5 hours
    a few minutes
    5.0 hours

    This is a problem.  

    Peeps responses to Shulio's questions addresses none of this.

    I sent them an email, and Skyped them. They responded to the Skype and I asked "Does anyone there speak English" and there's been no response.
    Likewise no response to the email I sent (in English).

    They have some English writing on the website but so far no way to communicate with them.

The more that is out there, the easier it is for everyone to make their own decision. These ratings should not be the sole determinant when choosing a book.

    Posters can ask books questions here. If a book doesn't answer, a link will be sent by PM to make sure they are aware of questions or accusations. The idea is to get as much information on all books in one thread. Very few, if any, can read the dedicated thread of each book.


    I see, are you doing this alone? Because basically I do see some problem in nitrogensports thread or their chat that they are slow in processing a huge withdrawal. If you are doing this alone, you cant possibly keep track of all the negativity in the sportsbook isnt it?

Some have dealt with cash book complaints in the past. I read every book's thread and all books have complaints. Players with a complaint are much more likely to post than those with praise.

    Nitrogen is a huge operation for a bitcoin book. They are located in Costa Rica with a marketing department in Canada. Because their player base is so big, they are going to have complaints. If complaints were tracked by percentage of players at Nitrogen, it's very low compared to other books. Small books shouldn't have as many complaints because their player base is much smaller.

    It's safe to say that Nitrogen knows what they are doing and take all complaints seriously. If anyone has a problem, submit a support ticket and they will take care of it. They are also very open and transparent with me. I'm on Skype with 3 different people at Nitrogen. If someone wants me to look into something, just give me your permission to see your account details and Nitrogen will tell me exactly what happened.

    2.5 hours
    a few minutes
    5.0 hours

    This is a problem.

    Have you made any recent withdrawals? I made one yesterday that took less than 2 minutes.

    Yes that is actually what I am asking, the time taken for the withdrawals actually varies which I dont know why and they keep on advertising instant withdrawal as well, which is not in their site for now. This is sure a problem and might affect their rating isnt it?

    It's tough to quantify the weight of my opinion compared to that of others. One reason is the example that you pointed out. Another example is when Bitcoinlivebets was the number #2 book in a different rating's thread here at Bitcointalk. The ratings are based on poster votes over there.

    In this thread Bitcoinlivebets was rated "D-" and predicted to go under. Bitcoinlivebets did go under and people are owed money. They may have had a lot of shill votes to get a high rating in the other rating's thread.

    I stopped playing there after my 5.0 hour withdrawal experience.
    And prior to that, it was the best btc sportsbook for me by far.

    I posted in Nitro's thread during the experience.

    I understand that many and perhaps most withdrawals are fast.
    But I have no idea what amounts are being withdrawn, nor the time of day when this occurs.

    My bad experience, as well as that of 2 other posters, was during the middle of the night USA time.

    I may play there again soon, and keep the deposit small. But Nitro has less value for me if I don't have as many btc on deposit there as I will need.
