Sportsbettingonline.ag has stolen $8,200 from me last spring. After unsuccessfully trying to deal with them I contacted SBR. You can see my case here:

09.17.2014A SportsbettingOnline (SBR rating C-) player has had $8,200 in limbo for going on three months. The player opened their account with a $500 deposit in the summer of 2014 and increased the total balance to approximately $8,700. A successful $500 payout was made via bitcoins, which was the maximum at the time per house rules. The following payout request was allegedly instantly declined by SportsbettingOnline. The player claims to have been given no information on what to do to receive the account balance, and has been locked out from making additional wagers. SBR has attempted to speak with SportsbettingOnline three times concerning the player's dispute. The latest correspondence - dated August 24 - was initiated via live help where a manager claimed to be investigating the player's complaint. No update was provided, and the player remains in the dark on why the remaining balance is in limbo. The sporstbook seems to have refused to talk to SBR. After that, SBR downgraded their rating from C- to D+:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr-news/sportsbettingonline-downgraded-d-50194/My correspondence with SBR over email was through Matt. I last heard from him back in November, saying they're doing their best but can't seem to get nowhere with the sportsbook.
Then, about a month ago, the sportsbook was upgraded back to it's previous rating of C-:
Sportsbook Rating Change: SportsbettingOnline to C-
02.03.2015SportsbettingOnline management satisfactorily addressed the few outstanding issues reported on the SBR newswire and opened a line of communication with SBR for further player complaints. The rating has been adjusted from D+ to C-.My issue was never resolved. I tried contacting Matt to see what this was about, but almost a month later I received no response from him. I tried emailing SBR's mailbox directly, no answer. I tried posting on SBR forum, but my account was instantly deemed as a spammer so I couldn't get through that way either.
Anyone has any ideas how I should proceed? This book is supposedly regulated, they were in the bussines prior to bitcoin. They won't talk to me, they initially do but then quickly after that support closes my ticket. Does anyone have an alternative way to contact them?
Meanwhile, here, their sister book BetOWI is still rated as C-.
