I think I found the issue, someone else had the same issue on BurstForum. My passphrase contains special characters, which are translated to text with % symbols abound when submitting.

Is there a way to prevent the miner from converting the special characters and read them as they are? I REALLY do not feel like re-plotting all these drives.

EDIT: Is it possible to simply change the numerical address at the beginning of a plot file to use it with a new address?

That makes sense.. could that explain the people who had their accounts hacked a little while back?  Seemed like a few people did.
