I would recommend that decreasing participants like newbies and jr members on your campain will definitely increase the rates per post,, cause newbie and jr members are the ones involved in spamming and low quality post.
Well maybe op wants his site to be advertised all over the forum since there is no limit for his acceptance for the participants, the risk is
on his decision. There is no rule in the forum that's prohibiting the limit of signature campaign participants.
But yes, maybe he should consider it.
