i think you already know the reason, just like people said above, the reason why secondstrade.com changes the rate payment because the effect of bitcoin price right now. i guess if bitcoin price decrease, secondtrade would change again the rate payment with higher amount.

I guess op does need also to consider this kind of condition. Because he is just changing the rates suddenly.
I guess he should allow his posters to increase the limit.

yes we can't understand what OP want,but so far we dont find another good campaign,so this campaign still good option
in 2 weeks,we receive diferent rates,its never happen before. and now payment going delay??

This is not favorable for us. but all this is a decision that should be respected. we as participants must comply with any regulations made by the organizer. I was pretty disappointed, but I remain grateful with what I can.

I would suggest that secondtrade decrease the number of participants compared to lower the price paid. many users here who expect the same. may be taken into consideration. thanks.

the OP is basing his pay rate to the price of btc in dollars, since btc price is over $700 he is constantly decreasing
his rate to match the previous amount that he pays in dollars.

no it's not the first time there is a little delay... just wait they will pay as usually.
