i like to know why nobody answer from the support and the VIRTUAL card is not accepted everywhere. I'm not stupid, insert numbers is things for 5 years old children!!

Having 4 post in bitcointalk.org forums not means that an user isn't expert. I'm new here because i was searching a thread or news about my situation in google, found this thread starts talking about a problem with e.coin card, so i registered up an account to take part, even viewing e-coin admin talking in the thread. It's very strange, bought 1 EUR vcc with 3 eur balance, use for PP verification, tried to withdraw on it ( worked ), now the card have balance, but any transaction is refused.

No fear, i'm trying only to get support

its fixed now. I even withdrawal on ATM. They sent me SMS for everything. Very good!

I think that it has to do with the bank that issues these debit cards.
Just checked other debit cards service(bit-x) and i think that you can order there a card (anonymous) and not the named card.
It cost more at the beginning but it is the best from the all expensive cards that they will offer by October.


I think that you can't even take back the funds in your vcc? Has they enabled that option to buy bitcoins yet?

I try to contact the support. Their answer was that :

No problem for the limits, i can't use that card so my limit is 0 daily!!

Yes the OP isn't online since few days or easily won't answer.
Yesterday evening with my e-coin vcc i tried to buy some bitcoins from coinmama.com, in the first moment transaction was done....this morning an email arrive telling that payment was refused by BANK ISSUER or CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR....this situation begin to smell. From the support arrived aswers telling that from the bank they see only positive transaction..that smell..! How ever they are keep to check the situation...
