This is a great coin for geocachers, and a geocaching app that can go mainstream in the Geocaching community is important. This is all happening thanks to the hard work from the dev. Geocoin can REALLY stand apart from othercoins if some sort of FINTECH feature was also involved. Im not sure what that would entail. Just a thought. It would also attract a lot more investors. Maybe help get that article in FORBES.
Yea, sir Richard Branson will read that article and buy all geocoins by one click, lol. He likes invest in crypto. Need only 165 BTC(~less than half of $ million) to do that, not so much.
Having a GeoCoin/GeoCashing app has always been part of my plan, my focus in the near term is to get the new MapBox interface up and running. I agree the app would definitely draw more people and attention to the community and maybe even land us a publication.
Richard Branson would also need all GeoCoin community members to have weak hands in order to suck them all in, haha.
