So an atheist is bad for what? Because he/she wants to live a rational life, based on real things, rational things, on things that are part of the objective world, not dreams, and hopes in invisible beings that can do "everything", only that they don't, because they've given us free will. Come on. Take your religion, go in the woods, and pray as much as you want - but don't do a show about it to the rest of the people that are not interested in it.

Most of the atheists are men of reason, they have logical explanations on how things work. Religion gives you a way to identify unexplainable things or events or at least unexplainable for you or your family. It's like magic of old is science of today. Unexplainable things before are now being expounded by science so as unexplainable or intangible things are being covered by religion whilst atheist have their own reasoning behind everything.

So you want back to the days with no evil science or what the rest of us call the dark ages. And as we have explained to you, atheism is not religion.

Science evolved and moves forward - religion barely tries to adapt.
How about religious people mind their own business, and like the LGBT community do their thing behind closed doors, atheists also will do what they must - everybody's happy and doesn't step on each other's toes.
Religious people always try to convert atheists when they are the ones that should take example from the atheists - live and let live, and do not force on anyone your beliefs. In time truth shall come forward.
I'm sure there was a time when electricity was considered something from the devil, and now everyone watches TV and uses washing machines so please - go to church and leave us alone.

People are devolving. That's why many don't accept religion anymore. Religion is the same and more so, just to save as many of the devolving people as possible.

Science has never changed. The people's knowledge of a little of it has improved. This dinky increase of knowledge makes people proud. They think that they know it all, now. They don't even realize that in their stupidity they still die in (usually) less than 100 years, just like they have been for thousands of years. They think that if they say "we" meaning people in general, that they will live on. Actually, a couple generations after they are gone, they will be almost entirely forgotten by friends and family.

Stupid people. They think that they are so good because they have electricity. So they push God out of their lives, and die without the help they could get from God so that they could live forever in Heaven. Too bad. But, after all, they asked for it - Hell.

Religion is like a dick. It's fine to have one, but don't show it publicly and don't shove it in our children throats

So where is the limit between fact and theory? What do you call a true and reliable fact, and a theory?
