India has taken a lead of 107 runs with 8 wickets remaining at the end of day 2. So it means that India will bat only once now and make a huge score and put SL to bat second and get them all out. Now match has almost swung to India side unless SL can show something special in next 2 days of the match to save it.

It will surely win for Indian in this match unless rain spoils the match. Also, the match may end even on the 4th day itself.

As expected Australia started to lose wickets in first session but due to steven smith century and cummins support they score 328 and in resonpose England lost 2 wickets for 33 now on 4th day if England bat full 4th day and score above 300+ then the game will be on and both team will be having equal chances of winning. Right now Australia are back in strong position if they take down England below 250 then their winning chances goes high.

As i told Indian batsman batted well and scored 312/2 if they score above 600+ then they can force Sri Lanka and get all out in 2nd inngs defending their target . So as i told it India will win this test match with an Innings.

Smith played responsible innings today and scored 141 runs. it helps AUS to take 40 runs lead in 1st innings. but England lost 2 wickets quickly just for 33 runs in 2nd innings. if eng give more than 250 runs target to aus then only this match will interesting or else i think AUS will win easily.

Australia need to keep their bowling tight, and continue as they started or else if the lead crosses more than 280-300, it will be tough for Australian's to chase. But it will be interesting though.

India on the other hand is playing undoubtedly awesome. This test match they are going to win it seems. I think 250-300 runs would be enough tough for a chase by Lankans, less than 200 would be not tough for Lankans I believe. Mr. Pujara from India is doing great. 150 is coming I believe tomorrow from his batting.

I am really inspired by Smith he is one of best batsman right now in the world doing great job for his country today he change completely test match in home side favor now England need to do some hard work against very attacking pace bowling of Australia but still I believe the home side going to win this match very easily 

Australia are in a strong position to win this test match, England did well to survive last night and will need to do the same in the morning session as Australia will be looking for some quick wickets. If Australia can get Root out early then I think Australia will only be chasing a small target for victory. I just hope the rain stays away as the weather forecast is for some light rain. Well done to Steve Smith on his 1st Ashes century as Australian captain, he deserved it as he batted well when under pressure and has put Australia in a strong position to win the match.

Pujara played well and finally got out at 143 runs. India have now taken a 194 runs lead and 7 wickets still left. Today is the 3rd day and 1st session of play is going on. I think they will bat today whole day and ask SL to bat from tomorrow. So now mostly this game India should win it from here.

Day 4 stumps on 1st ashes test between Australia and England.Australia is just 56 runs behind from the winning margin.So tomorrow Australia will win this match for sure and lead by 1-0.England didn't bat well on 2nd innings and this cost the match I think.

OTOH,india is lead by huge 297 runs against SL.I can feel that this match will be one sided and india will get easy win.Kohli is playing a magnificent innings of 168 and still alive on the crease.I think he will hit 200 runs first then call declare.
