Exactly the same thing happened to me , I had 4.5k DCT but now only got 3k dct and invested .4 btc in the first day without the bonus. How much DCT should I get for that amount  ?

The bonus was supposed to be fixed manually, so you might need to contact support but on the other hand your "day 1" might be outside the allowed time on the timezone. The block time was another factor on that day 1, I remember adding a very high fee to make the first block. It was a dramatic day and if that ico was happening around this time Decent would raise $100m in 30mins.

1. add another mobile number because the first one was not confirmed by authy
2. implement google authenticate for 2fa so you should be able to verify without mobile number.

i'm getting no message after i register to the new site https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com , some help from support would be great. Some friend is in a pinch the support guy say that her mail address is not on the ico list even so from the https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com site she can register but without the
mail in response can't access to her coins.

Nathalie20 has got a point: the website is only showing bought DCT balance. No bounties are there.
