    Klay is showing how great and invaluable he is on this game. He had only 16 points but he had 5 very important points by the end of the game as well. Dude is a clutch player and it is great to see players like him. Warriors started the season great, and they have been doing great as well, but with Klay now on the floor he could bring them that spacing they needed.

    Curry got doubled teamed all the time because of his talents, and other players were good but they were not lights out from distance like Klay is, and this allowed them to do that last play, thanks to him being so great from distance he was able to get open so easily when they tried to double team curry. This team looks like the old days when they dominated, it will be fun to watch them during the playoffs, they will not destroy everyone but they will certainly be a team to beat.

    LAC is leading now in the 2nd round with 23:15. CHA is bit behind but yes lead the 1st round. Both teams are equally strong and holding their 7th place respectively on the table. Just checked their recent matches and both have equally performed well in the recent matches. The match is turning interesting to watch each team scoring goals back to back. On the other hand, Hawks and Lakers on ground and Lakers are leading in the 2nd round but yes Hawks lead the 1st round. I think Lakers will win the match. Will see what will happen.

    Return of Klay Thompson is indeed great for Warriors but I don't think he is exactly what they need. Even though they are showing great performance and good results this year(and of course actually previous years too), I believe they are in need of something much more. Some solid players who is not only 3 point threat and can dominate in the paint. I feel like if they could find some more powerful players who can play post-ups, they would be unstoppable. Nevertheless, they are surely one of the most important teams to look out for in this season and despite what I think, they could very well go for championship.

    Clippers won this game, that was a nice win by them, it's another good team that they beat, and yes they are now in the top 7, same ranking with the Charlotte in the East. It was a nice game, Clippers showed their dominance even without their superstars.

     Malik Monk, AD and Westbrook all played well. The problem was their defense and that has been their problem for the whole year now. I do not know what they can do to fix it, Vogel is known to be a coach that gets ready for each team, and knows exactly how they would like to play, down to where should rebounders wait for shots taken by who and from where. So he is definitely a good defensive coach normally and all year they sucked on defense, which tells us something, either players do not care about their coach anymore, or the coach doesn't care about anything anymore. The gmae was lost on the last quarter, they were far ahead on fourth and then got outscored like 20 points on the last quarter.

    The Lakers' loss is not because of poor defense but Atlanta Hawks just really did a great job. There's a good Lakers defense but the Hawks always find a way to drain each of their shots especially during their run. Nailing shots even defended well is what they did.

    In that game, I will prefer to discuss how the Hawks win, and not why the Lakers lose.

    Just watched them. We can't just speculate things because of their current game performance.

    Once that chemistry builds again into 100%, it will return everything, the way we see Warriors during their great season.

    Just look at how good their backup players are, no one even knows them until they show great performance on every of the Warriors' game.

    Atlanta Hawks are able to get the win. Trae Young is awesome with great and big production. He can really carry this team with good support. It's been a while that the Hawks get a main scorer until they drafted Trae Young.

    He has the potential and someday, maybe he can bring the Atlanta Hawks to either Conference Finals or much better to NBA Finals. He just needs to remain all-healthy as much as possible.

    Last year they over achieved in a weaker east.  With the east getting stronger a team led by Trae isn't gonna get it done.  He is a nice piece but he isore a stat padder than someone that can guide a team through the playoffs and ultimately the finals.  I might be biased as a knicks fan but Trae needs a 1(b) and a 1(c) to get all the way through I think.

    They are in the playoff tree somehow and they have a big chance to further increase their rank when they played such a clutch and won crucial games against strong teams. The Lakers are not doing well these days and they may throw their spot on the top 10 in the western conference if they lose against easy opponents. Looks like their star players are not really the best combination ever. The players aren't bad, they just don't fit with each other playing on the same team.

    The Lakers run out of steam in the 4th quarter and they lost the game. Hawks took the opportunity by draining those shots in the 4th and they won the game.
    38-20 in the 4th quarter points.

    The Hawks are one of the worst defensive teams in the league right now but they manage to cope up with their offense especially in the 4th quarter where they outscored the Lakers by 18. Well, some might say that they don't have Lebron Cheesy (those Laker fans out there). Good job by the Hawks. Young has the potential and we've seen it in the ECF last year where they put an upset to the 76ers but with how his team are playing right now, I don't think that they will have the same run as last year. Just put another all-star player with him.

    I blame Frank Vogel. He used to be one of my favorite coaches before this year, but he’s absolutely terrible for the Lakers. A team with 5 hall of famers and Malik Monk is leading them… Dwight Howard playing at a top level and getting next to no minutes is downright disrespectful.     I echo your sentiments mate, I guess it's time for the Lakers management and Lebron himself to let go of Frank Vogel. I think we have seen enough already, Lakers is laid with talent but it seems that Vogel can't find the right pieces together. Maybe some issues are already brewing in the locker room for all we know and putting all the blame for the coach for not making any adjustments and Lakers below .500 now, sitting at 9th position with their 3rd lost in a row.

    They are in a losing streak, when Davis was out, they were struggling, now that Lebron is out, they are not winning games. This team is still better without Lebron, they can at least beat a team that are not expected to be in the playoffs, but look what they are doing, they are just messing around and you can really tell there's no good chemistry and the play are not effective.

    Every time the Lakers lose we always have something to say, in short, they are not really doing well and they are disappointing us. Having a losing streak is not a characteristic of the Lakers, it only started this season because they welcome new guys and send their role players to the other teams which the other teams have benefited.

    One of my favorite coaches too before they even got the championship because of his defensive strategy. Wait, could it be because he thinks he gave them the championship so he is protected? I doubt that. Lakers management doesn't look at those kinds of things. If you have no use for them you will be kicked out.  Grin

    Phoenix Suns on the other hand had been continuing their streak while Denver Nuggets blew out the Milwaukee Bucks. Nikola Jokic showcased an unstoppable move below the rim, he may just have 18 points but that's because he sat the whole 4th quarter and does not necessarily need to go back in.

    I do think that Lakers blew their double-digit lead especially during the third quarter where the momentum was on their side. On the fourth quarter, all of the players explode in the Hawks explode. I also do think that it is noteworthy to mention that by using Okongwu on the last quarter was definitely a smart move from their coach. Given that Capela has a relatively bad FT%, Okongwu was at least able to close the gap with his plays and contribution to the court.

    Given the track record of the Hawks, they are definitely a serious contender in the playoffs.

    I'm with you on that mate, Frank Vogel used to be a great coach and there's no doubt about it but sadly he really have to go and give other coaches a chance who have new perspective and different kind of approach. I'm sure there's someone who can help and do better on this roster, and just like you said, this team is consisted of star players and indeed a super team but sadly we can't see it. Dwight Howard deserved to be given a chance to play long in the game just like Carmelo Anthony but he ain't getting more than 15 minutes per game.

    The Chicago Bulls - Portland Trail Blazers game was one of the delightful games last night. Bulls were the highly favourite team and they did what was expected from them by 130-116. Portland are having big difficulties in the absence of Damian Lillard now. He has been out for a long time and he is not expected return before March 15. Portland are under the risk of staying out of the playoff area by two wins. On the other hand, Bulls are doing awesome and they are at the second place in their conference now. I wonder what they will do in the playoffs.
