Suns are on a really great streak right now and everyone on their squad is having a great contribution on the scoreboard. Nets definitely felt the absence of Durant maybe the scoreline could have been different if they had Durant, who knows as he was also on great form!!

Kyrie and Harden played quite well but they lacked the support needed from their teammates. On the other hand, Booker popped off and scored 35 points. I am very curious to see how long they can keep up this big winning streak of theirs.

Their ranking will certainly slide, from being the number 1 team in the East, they are now in the number 6 already. That's a big drop for the favorite team to win in the NBA Finals, they really need Durant, hopefully he will come back soon and will be fully healthy again.

Lebron is the most important player for the Lakers and he showed it in each and every game he played. His absence was felt by the Lakers but none the less they won the game.

Anthony Davis is performing well and was well accompanied by Anthony who scored 24 points. I just hope that the coach plays Davis carefully so that he doesn't get injured again because if that happens again, the Lakers will be in huge trouble as they already don't have LeBron James which was made their power a bit blunt.

An awful shooting for Westbrook indeed. He only has 3/12 FG and 1/4 on threes. Good thing that they have Davis who is trying to make his presence felt after his injury and got a double-double 30 points and 15 rebounds. On the other hand though, Trail Blazers are one of the bottom teams in the West and they don't have Lillard as well so not a convincing win at least for me but hey... a win is still a win and hope Laker fans out there are happy to see their team win.

Their all star players Irving and Harden have an awful night this time. They are combined for 18 points only for the whole game and now they are in a 6 game losing streak and currently 6th in the standings. The former top team for some time are now at the 6th already.

This is the effect of Durant not playing in the team and take note that Irving will only play half of their games because of him not vaccinated so this is another problem for him and also include Harden's hamstring injury as well. I don't know how the Nets will solve this without KD. They need KD really bad and I also want to see these 3 all star players playing at the same time. Unfortunately we are at the half of the season already and we didn't see them play all 3 in one game.

Davis played the caliber that he used to be playing before his injury. Lakers need him to be back with his rhythm.

I see your point. There's still a lot of adjustment they needed to polish even they win this game. We didn't see the chemistry. They are

mostly playing on their own and not as a team. Luckily Davis finds a good backup from Melo he fill the need for their offense..

I see the Nets now in a similar situation with the Lakers, they are also struggling when AD was injured and now the same thing happens when Lebron was not playing. These two teams (Lakers and Nets) were supposed to be the favorites to win the championship this season, but it seems like their struggle is real.

He has to be careful but at the same time he should not loss his aggressiveness.

AD is the most consistent scorer in the team, of course next to Lebron, and now that Lebron is resting, I think the Lakers will struggle and will work hard in ever game, their win is a good win, but they need to be more consistent with that, otherwise they'll be in a losing streak again.

Barely! Still a good thing that they won against the Blazers. Westbrook isn't that consisted anymore and reliable to drive the ball because of his poor shooting this season, sometimes he's good but often times he's terrible. I really don't know what happened to this team but for me, I would like to see Howard and Carmelo more on the court rather than Westbrook.

By the way, today Dwight Howard made 10 points and 7 rebounds in just 10 minutes. What more if he's given more minutes every game, his talent is wasted on this team.

That's the word. BARELY. They barely won against one of the worst defensive teams right now in the league.

There are some times where Westbrook is carrying the game like in their game where he is hot but just missed the game winning shot but there are times where he is having a bad night like this one. With regards to Melo and Dwight, both of them are very efficient when they are in the court and I'm hoping that Coach Vogel will give more time to these 2 especially Dwight. I still remember when they won the championship in the bubble. Dwight is their center at that time and he is very good defender and rebounder as well. How in the hell Coach Vogel can't give him more minutes?
