The Warriors have a deep experience including chemistry and CP3 is a good playmaker so they should be fine offensively. Defensively they might really struggle but Kerr can change the line-up including its starting 5 so I guess they'll do well. Even Kerr is confident Thompson can defend up to the PF position. Unless its star players aren't performing well, especially the aging CP3 then.

The new season is nearing its start. It will be interesting how the teams with major changes like Boston and Milwaukee fare. Boston acquiring Jrue was a great move IMO.

Yeah, they're likely the least favorite team last season that will be seen in the finals but they just did.

Now, most teams are going to take a look at them as well and not just with the defending champs. It's very likely that everyone who's going to face them will get a serious face from them.

I mean, it isn’t like he was cross dressing. He was just dressed in an emo style which he repeatedly had to say to the media. It’s an obvious joke and after the popularity of his dreadlock extensions last year you had to know this was coming. Looks like the tea is coming out on why James Harden is so mad. When he went in for his contract negotiations they were going to offer him a max deal, but Harden expressed interest in winning the scoring title, at which point the max deal was then never offered and they let him know that isn’t the direction the team wants to go. So Harden is holding out because he wants to average 30 a game.

In the case of Jimmy Butler, I don't see any relation to a brand or anyone promoting their product through Butler. What I saw is that he just tried to catch the attention of NBA fans, and he succeeded. Aside from being one of the best players (though underrated), Jimmy has a sense of humor, trying to make the league chill out a bit before the season starts. And look, we are talking about James Harden, and the event was well noticed.

This will pass; the real battle will start soon, and I believe that the Miami Heat is well-prepared, although they missed out on getting Lillard, whom they wanted. Lillard expressed his interest as well but ended up playing with the Heat's rival.

Jimmy just trying to be Jimmy, give the man the spotlight.

Just so we know, he's went to the training camp, played some drills, and even his coach said that he's good.

I know, I know that he still wants to get traded, but he might realize in the next few weeks that no team wants him anymore. I hope nobody is a fan of die-hard fan of Harden here, and will say that "Yes there will be a team that wants him blah blah" because nobody wants him. He forced his way out of Houston, he also forced his way out of Brooklyn, now he's doing the same with Philly, and other teams knew this already. Add also the fact that he's on his last year of his contract, other team might lose him for nothing in return because he will already be a free agent after this season.

Harden left with no choice, but to play with the Sixers, or his value will decrease significantly. I hope he's attitude must change. Yes, he has been a big piece on Embiid's MVP, but if he will not change his attitude, he might be out of the league sooner than we expect. Attitude matters in the league, and we know that.

With this, I guess the Sixers have won the battle. Now, the 76ers are complete, and it's guaranteed that they will reach the playoffs. I'm happy with this development as I was expecting that we would again see a scenario like Simmons in the past where he sat out the entire season while waiting to get traded. Harden is still a superstar; it's just that maybe there's a need for the Sixers to improve, probably a good second unit is necessary as I find them struggling, especially when Embiid is sitting.

He was vocal about his intention not to play with the team anymore. Now that he is back, hopefully, that will not affect his performance. He needs to stay professional and forget about the conflict with the top management. He is a pro; he should act like one.

But his performance is also crucial because the Sixers chose not to trade him. Once his contract expires, and if he does not produce good statistics, he won't be able to secure a good contract with a team that might interest him. In short, his market value will drop. Let's just see how the season will go. At least for now, the Sixers' headache has eased a bit, as Harden is already participating in practice.

I don't know why GSW didn't sign Howard this season and now they will force Klay to play power forward. They will risk Klay's health by making him a power forward (We all know that Klay had a ruptured right Achilles) and for sure this will be a hard time for Klay.

It's possible they can make the playoffs again this year, but they will likely exit in the first or 2nd round once more.

They have Kuminga and Wiggins, and Klay didn't play power forward position as a Warriors. So I'm not really sure why you said that he will play that? Kerr is known to inject good adjustments in the game. And so with Green out for a at least a month, he could already have device a plan already with Dario Saric playing the PF/Center position.

It's too early to predict who is going to enter and who is going to exit, we haven't started the season yet. Just because Green is injured and won't be back for a month or shall we say 5 weeks means that they will exit the 2nd round or even not go to the playoffs.
