am I missing something or did you change the start time from 6 PM to 2 AM? Europe players aren't going to like this.

AFAIK the time is automatically converted to your timezone, it will be at 2 AM for him but will be at 8 PM for you and will be at 9 AM for me (GMT +7)
So yeah they have just changed the starting time of the daily luck freerolls because they were at 12 PM and 12 AM in my timezone.

Not really sure about the reasons why they changed the time, but I think betcoin.tm want to give a chance for other players who were not able to join the previous freerolls because of its starting time were not suitable for them.

Money from the freeroll was available for withdraw and now I have Pending Cashout. Then I connected to your support with a simple question about how long it takes to proceed the cashout. And your guy Marc lost 30 minutes of my life in inadequate 3 word liners after waiting 5 minutes for every of it. Finally told me that there is some betting requirement for withdraw?? I've never read anywhere such a thing. And if there is any  why it's not written? And why the money are directly available for withdraw. They are not a bonus money:

There is nothing wrong about asking a support member when it will be processed. What really baffles me is that the support doesn't know anything about how their own systems work. I know the support is most likely outsourced to some third party provider but they should still at least understand what they are doing.

Not all their supports like what you said, I have experienced with some support agents and most of them knows how their system works. One of the best support agent is Andre, he helps me in all my problems means that he knows about the system very well.
