I am Bitsend airdrop participant from 2017 and I got weekly payments which are 10 Bitsend coins actually, there was no problem even with one payment.

This is and always was a regular airdrop.

One has to be a Bitcointalk forum member (with needed higher rank) and apply in Bitsend airdrop thread.
To be eligible for the airdrop until the end (which is in the middle of 2019 I assume) one has to be an active member in the Bitcointalk forum and if possible in this thread but this is not a requirement. That's it.

I assume that this airdrop is already full because there were only 1000 entries.
