After sending my coins from the wrong version 1 wallet. I finally got my wallet to show my coins by first updating to v1.3 and then rescanning my wallet-inputting the rescan in the target properties shortcut. But to make sure I only have a small test transaction to test out.

I am also not able to withdraw coins (that I purchased a few hours ago) from CoinExchange. I hope it gets fixed before the deadline.

In case you have not done so already, please do the following:

Download the latest V1 wallet (think of this as the old Footycash coins, or FOOT)

https://github.com/FootyCash/FootyCash/releases/tag/V1.3.0.0

You should backup your wallet.dat file and remove the current FootyCash folder in order to resync.

Stop wallet
Backup wallet.dat
Rename FootyCash folder to FootyCash.v1
Start Wallet
Once wallet is synced, stop the wallet
Copy wallet.dat from backup location to FootyCash folder

The FootyCash folder is typically located in \username\AppData\Roaming

If you have teamviewer or skype please PM me your details and I can walk you through it via video call.

Every time I rename the appdata roaming FootyCash folder and try opening the wallet, a new FootyCash appdata roaming file is created. How do I stop this from happening??

If you need help with the swap there is a video that you can watch for step by step instructions. If that does not work, there is often someone on our Slack Channel that can assist you.

The swap deadline is tomorrow, but will be moved back if necessary since we are still working to get CoinExchange withdrawals enabled. It should be straightened out soon, so need to open any more support tickets on the CE exchange.
