Thanks for your question Fobos2017!  Putting the final touches on it right now.  Will be released at the end of the week.

The DNS seed should help new users to sync.  We've updated the source code with the dns seed and will be working on creating new client downloads. In the meantime, you can download the updated source code and recompile or add addnode=seed.footycash.com to your config file.

but my client which is fully synced by the way shows that my wallet is 0 FOOT.

The wallet address on my client is the same as shown in the above URL.

I could be wrong but I think there may be a rogue agent acting against me  (I am a physicist - all my data packets are involuntarily routing through the DOD).

Can you verify these ip addresses are real nodes?

They appear to be real nodes.

82.253.16.117 is in France and not currently connected
109.60.55.9 is in Croatia and is connected

Are you staking, maybe your 100 Foot are being used to stake and not showing as part of your balance?

I followed your steps by going to Help > Debug Window > Console > when I type in "get connection count" I get 6
Is this a sufficient number? Or should I be aiming for more connections, or less connections?

I have been getting a lot of pm's commenting on the Footy Cash concept.  A lot of people seem very excited about the project.  Feel free to pm me with any questions or comments. 

Not sure what that concept is, but my recommendation will be that you put up a bit more nodes and purchase an SSL certificate for your site. That will make it look the way it should, at very least there will be a good reason to click that link if anybody ever wanted to. Everything needs to look the way it's intended to.
