If you need help with the swap there is a video that you can watch for step by step instructions. If that does not work, there is often someone on our Slack Channel that can assist you.
The swap deadline is tomorrow, but will be moved back if necessary since we are still working to get CoinExchange withdrawals enabled. It should be straightened out soon, so need to open any more support tickets on the CE exchange. We understand people's concern, and want to make sure everyone that wants to swap their coins will have the opportunity to do so.

However this new version is not syncing It seems like I am half way there, since it connects to the same balance but it is not syncing?

A previous user suggested this however I am reposting this for you in case you are still experiencing some difficulties.
1. Make a backup of wallet.dat at your %appdata% folder.
2. Redownload the new version, start it up and replace the wallet.dat with your backup.
Please advise if you are still experiencing any issues.
