    Yeah everyone wants to make profits at halving and that is the reason everyone is believing in holding their coins for the halving to earn higher profits.

    i agree, but it is so much better to do something with the coins that you are holding. just putting them away in your wallet and hoping for the best is not going to cut it. for me the best way has always been trading some small amounts of altcoins on the side.

    If you can handle trading smartly then you can always go for it as it allows you to multiply your coins and earn profits from it so you can invest your money in trading.

    But if you can't handle trading smartly you can just hold that 10 btc and wait for the halving and for sure the price is going to increase.
    And you can earn without any effort but by just saving it together with your time.

    I would suggest you to save the 10BTC till halving. When the price will increase further at halving you can sell them and make even more profit. You are lucky if you have 10 BTC with you at this time when halving is so near.

    For newbies maybe this is the best way to do to make more profit with 10 btc.. than spend it for nothing.. or if you want to increase more the amount better to try to risk it in trading to make more bitcoin .. or start a small business like faucet..

    Trading is good only if you can afford to take risk, and I am sure no one wants to risk their coins at this stage, everyone will prefer to hold it for the halving.

    I would devide the 10 Bitcoins into 400 parts of 0.025 Bitcoin. I would give away each part of 0.025 (worth about $10) to newbee people who have heard of Bitcoin, and want to try Bitcoin, but they dont yet know how to buy or use Bitcoins.
    If they have my small donation of Bitcoins to start with, they can have something in their wallet and make their first transaction which will open their mind and make them realize the possibilities and opportunities with Bitcoin.

    I have the opportunity to avail of 10 BTC. I buy everything I want to buy, then I can invest greatly in the website so that it is not happy, as I use other BTC, BTC also have my sources there on my investment

    That's the right thing to do, do not invest all of them as you never know what will be the end result, I think at a moment we should go risk free and holding will serve that purpose.

    Yeah you need to be wise in investing that 10  btc and how you are going to manage it's partition. But for me, I think it is better to put bigger amount for the savings and just hold it out until the halving.

    and the other point i that everyone is sure that yes the price of bitcoin ill increase , everyone has a good knowledge about bitcoin so whenever a time come when people feel some harm from bitcoin you will withdraw (by the way nowadays there is no any harm in bitcoin) while in altcoin no one have much knowledge and no one knows that what will be their future.

    To be honest I would sell them all at once because the price at the moment is $700+ so I would make allot of money by selling them right away.

    Lol I think you have to look at the market price and the potential price will go up or not. Do not rush to sell. because maybe the price will go up and you'll be sorry. first examine the potential of a future price. if you're sure you can decide to sell or hold ?

    I will invest 1 BTC in 3 cloud mining websites. I will verify legit mining sites and only then invest.
    I will gamble with 2 BTC and win 0.1 per month
    I will trade 1BTC for other altcoins and keep updated for rise in prices.
