Having 10 BTC now shouldn't give you so much of thinking. Bitcoin is on a rise now in 2016, especially, now when even steam started accepting it, it's nothing you have to do, just wait for a price that you think it suits for you or you think it's the maximum that Bitcoin can achieve .

give the 2 btc on a charity, 3 btc on orphanages and the rest ill give it to my mom, ill use it to buy medicine for her,

If I had 10btc I would gamble with it for sure, I love gambling and with gambling you can win a lot of money.
Maybe I would also hold some bitcoins for the future but I already have a separate wallet for that.

I think i will invest for a farm and poultry then buy goods here in btc like buying accounts and altcoins. Also pay unpaid bills
And i am not sure gambling is a 100 percent money profit because if you see gambling as an investment rather than a game then its sure your gonna have many disappointing issues.

Hold it for a price increase. Once it rises, I sell 7 btc and convert 1 into eth, 1 into lisk, 1 into trumpcoin, and the rest into fiat. Two bitcoin will go into a cold wallet for a long time, and one bitcoin will be for bitcoin trading.

Investing IS gambling....DUH

yeah I might divide it into several pieces. I might not just be hold it, maybe I'll hold less than 5 BTC
and the remaining trading or other investment altcoin

That is a lot of money but if you give me that than I would be very happy and I would save it and also trade to earn some profit with it and that would be nice to me.
But it really also helps that the value is going to be higher so I can sell it with more profit and that would be nice.
