But if you can just wait for a little longer for the price hike that would be better and a bigger amount you can donate to the charity.

sure you can sell it, just an usual decision, nothing funny about it. buy low, sell high, bitcoin price is high now, so if you have the gut to sell it all, just sell. and not everyone here think about charity like you, so it's nice.

in my area for small house it took cost more than 75 bitcoins, and it's very small house with 1 bedroom, 1 living room and kitchen, 10 bitcoin is small amount for buying house

I also don't think that a house can be bought with 10 BTC, they are much less for that, I have saw some regions where you can buy a small piece of land with 10 bitcoin but construction is not easy , for constructing a house at there you will need about 100 bitcoins or more.

Firstly OP is is good you don't like gambling!

Now what would I do if you gave me 10btc?

I would thank you pal and then I would send half to an exchange to add to my trading budget and the rest would go to storage for longterm. There is not really an appeal for me to look for different investments, the saying if something is not broke and all that.

Holding it to your cold storage is a good thing, but why not put some of that
amount for investing like trading or put it to your wallet address so that when the price increased.
Your btc in your wallet address will also increase.
