If I buy ICO with ETH, I will be exposed to ETH rate? or will it be "tokened" in USD?

there should be an option to convert ETH to USD before ICO aplication, then. I personaly am a trader, not a cryptoevangelist; so I wont freeze any crypto.

Now that it is here, why does everyone want this project to continue to rake in btc?  Do you not have experience with this yet?  It's never a good thing because the bloat causes the overall profit potential to disapear....ie you become a bagholder.  I, like everyone want the project to succeed, but at some point all these ico's need to set a cap.  If not i dont care how good something looks, i will just wait until they end (when it hits the open market) and buy lower.

Currently 1 iconomi token is equivalent to 4280 satoshi if you take into account a 15% bonus.  Obviously this changes as more people contribute to the ico and this number will be different by days end.  Also now we are in the 10% bonus phase.

if 2000BTC is enough to build the fund platform, why they collect more ICO money? will they have clearly using ico money plan?

That's a dream (cough wbb cough). Fair PoW launches nowadays are almost impossible to find. I understand that the developers who are not scammers need funds to actually develop. That is pretty much understandable, but there are coins like Monero which didn't have ICO or premine whatsoever and yet it's still been developed.

WBB example is just sad. As I've been a long time admirer of WBB, but it just has no luck despite the good work they do. The work they put in isn't the only neccasity of succes, you should have some big investors that could pump the price so it would get attention.
