Taking the word era into consideration, I think we are still too far from having it dominating this current era. But it has a high chance of being the new currency for ALL. And saying it is the new currency on the internet is a little bit late, I think its more of "the rising currency of the internet" since almost all of digital immigrants have heard of, seen, and used bitcoin.
