I believe that bitcoin is the new era of currency, it may not be able to replace all Fiat's in each of every nation but I believe that it could also be part of our mode of currency that we can use to pay in restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and even in the hospitals. And I hope that it could happen in the near future.

it is already a currency which is virtual currency and bitcoin already able to use in buying some goods. But not every goods already can be traded by bitcoin, most of them are digital goods. But in the future who can predict, might it will be the major payment for all things.

If you were to ask me, then I say yes. Even if the pricing of bitcoins are fluctuating badly, there's no denying that you can exchange anything for bitcoins like money. It even has a coin in its name, so obviously it can be used as money. Kidding aside, if it were to be a full fledged currency, it must have enough supplies and musy obviously be stable in pricing.
