It amazes me to see some of you guys still have faith in KfC.
It's over 3 weeks since they tried to sweep under the carpet they ran out of chips. Plenty Batch 1 customers are still waiting. Not a single update for customers to let them know anything about this situation in over three weeks.
They fed everyone lies claiming they would continue shipping and the fact they had no chips was not a problem

Anyone waiting for Batch 2 who thinks they will get a bonus for the wait really needs to think again

You don't know how kfc operate if you think that.
It also seems they are taking 2+ weeks to RMA anything. No doubt, taking their time and looking for ways to blame the customer and not their hardware.
If they were some crappy ebay seller selling hairbrushes with led lights in the handle or some other cheap mass produced crap, it's the kind of customer service you'd expect.
But it's an appalling way to treat customers who paid $10,000 each (or more) for knc's hardware.
