Yeah. I don't see any problem with Staff using signature campaigns as long as they're not using their Staff position to falsely endorse the website i.e. implying that Bitcointalk backs a certain website.

Thats not their choice. Its a subconscious decision that we make when we see an ad on a 'trusted' member's profile. We are more likely to be for it and see it as 'trustworthy'.

I remember the time when being paid per post from campaigns like primedice and ritz had a huge cap and the rates were goin up month by month. Some people were making more than 1BTC per month at a stable rate. But it's still advertising, you could surely call this a job. Surely it's not a full time thing but you're still being paid to provide a service.

I do also remember this, lmao, when rates were climbing up to ridiculous amounts and you could make over $1 a post. The rates are still pretty ridiculous when you think about it, for participating in a forum.
