It all depends on how much the house gets, if it gets nothing, you won't get anything (except referral earnings). If it earns a little, you get almost nothing, etc. They take a 20% cut as well. I don't think it's worth to be added to the OP.

Any reasons why they shouldn't be? I know that they have payment problems (that's why they have an asterisk), but they still exist as far as I know.

I'd like to point out that win88.me has paid some people as evident from their thread. coinpiler is yet to anyone as of yet. So, win88.me needs to be under A and coinpiler needs to be under PNYC

Alright it's your call. And you do have a point, also fitting their rules into your table wouldn't be possible as it is.

The way I undersand this: its a guide to help you decide which to join. Since you can not join CoinPiler it is not important whether they have paid or not, since those that allready joined apparently took the risk. Thus PNYC is only relevant for a campaign that someone could still join.

As far as I understand, they will be paying each month upfront not just first, so there is no risk for users and in my opinion can be A.

If I were you Id collect applications for a day, check quality of posts for another day and pick the 100 people that you like most. Which would probably take a few hours of additional work.
