Netherlands is the latest country in Europe who will lift almost all Covid restrictions. Only testing at large indoor events and mount cap in airplanes and public transportations are required.
The QR-code will be not a mandatory anymore only when entering in another country who's still asking for it.
QR-code? is that like a covid passport thing?
Asking because I have never seen a covid passport so I have no reference.
Yep - whichever country youve had your vaccinations in will have a record, and using an app/website it will convert your vax details into a QR code - ready to be scanned . In my experience they last about 2-4 weeks then you need an up to date QR code , by just repeating the process .
They are needed for European travel , nightclubs etc . Hopefully not for much longer !!!Thanks for the answer, not up here in Scandinavia, that's why I have never seen one.
Edit again, checked to be sure and yes, no restrictions whatsoever if you are traveling to Sweden from another EU/EEA country, however if you enter from a country outside EU/EEA there is.
From the FHM homepage.
"Proof of COVID-19 status required from foreign nationals entering Sweden from outside the EEA
For travellers from EEA countries, there are no special requirements for entry, neither a negative test result, nor a certificate of recovery or vaccination.
For travellers from outside the EU/EEA, including the United Kingdom, you must be covered by at least one of the exemptions from the entry ban, and also be able to present a negative COVID-19 test, or be exempt from the test requirement."
The whole thing here.
